Worked for me. You need to enter something in the city part - ie. I put "Adelaide" as that is the nearest city and 'South Australia' for region. It didn't like having the city field blank or containing spaces
I couldn't even submit the form thought. I wasn't able to enter my DOB as well. Perhaps its a browser error, what browser is everyone using?
