I think he is selling pirated games.

I asked him if he will send a cd key, this is his answer

You don't need a CD key. Just put the disks in and install, very easy and I have never had a complaint (see my ratings). Just insert and play!

Definitely fake. No way anyone can source new release game for so cheap and yet profit from selling at $14 a pop.

If it's legit, you don't have a key. If it's fake, then you're still screwed.
