    I ordered an item from Centrecom a few weeks ago, they took until last week to find out their supplier no longer has it.

    I'm waiting on a refund that their accountants were supposedly notified about 3/4/2013, have called twice, left a voice message and left an email and have received no response from online/accounting.

    Would not recommend this business at all.

      something else wierd is that I heard their radio ad today - its a guy speaking gobbledygook in an asian accent; and then a voiceover says that they just give you what you want in a language you can understand.

      Mildly racist not even considering the fact that I think the managment at this place are asian anyways lol.

      Did get it in the end, but very unpleasant dealing with this co.

      Same thing happened to me 2weeks after i ordered they were waiting on 1 of the 2 things i ordered (that was supposedly in stock at time of order) steer clear of this mob nothing to see here….
