Tapatalk Forum App by Quoord Systems. Great app for accessing forums on the iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. Has ranged from 99c to $5.49, but I think, never been free.

Possibly free for a while now, due the latest update which claims 'Watermarks can now be removed through an In-App Purchase'.
Of course you can just crop out the watermark :-P
