Those exclusions though. Feels like the only 2 options in store might be an Eagles CD or a 2 slice toaster.

Get a Teen, Kids or Home gift card which includes JB Hi-Fi swap.

Tried with Ultimate Home and it only comes up with options to swap to gift cards for the following stores.

      • The Iconic
      • BBQ Galore
      • Dusk
      • Star Car Wash
      • +1

My bad, it looks like these ones aren't swaps for some of the vendors. Instead, they are digital EFTPOS cards which are directly applied as a payment method (normal card) at the checkout for JB.

You may need to follow WookieMonsters advice if requiring to stack multiple gift cards together.

      • I bought the e-gift card when Amazon ran the $6 promotional credit. Same setup as Giftz and youā€™ve to download the myprepaid app to add your gift card to your Apple/Samsung wallet and use it to pay it in store

      • You can swap them in store.

    • +2

Cheers for the head ups, managed to get a new mobile for my dad. Was already on special for $100 off, plus another 10% off using promo code, then another %10 off using gift card.

Ordered a gift card for the exact amount in my JB cart. Once you go through everything you get a digital card, just use that as payment as if it was a credit card.

      • For anyone stuck with the gift card: Once you have registered and activated the gift card on the My Prepaid Centre website, login to your account and you will see your card. Then in the checkout area of JB Hi Fi, enter the gift card details (number, pin, expiry) in the credit card section (NOT THE GIFT CARD SECTION). Technically it's not a gift card, but a prepaid credit card!

      • where did you get the discounted jb hifi gift card? Just confirming that you use a gift card online for jb hifi?

        • They would have purchased discounted Ultimate gift cards through this deal.

The Ultimate gift cards in the aforementioned deal operate on the Visa network, which means:

          • You can redeem a maximum of 1x Ultimate gift card on the JB Hi-Fi website in an online transaction. You can redeem unlimited JB Hi-Fi gift cards in conjunction with 1x Ultimate gift card online, so if you're wanting to spend more than $1000 in one transaction, you'll need to use excess Ultimate gift card(s) to purchase JB Hi-Fi gift cards first.1

          • You can redeem as many Ultimate gift cards as you want in a JB Hi-Fi store. Make sure you tell staff you're wanting to redeem a card or Visa card. If you instead tell staff you want to redeem a gift card, you will confuse them, as they will think you're wanting to redeem a JB Hi-Fi gift card.

          1. Purchasing a JB Hi-Fi gift card using an Ultimate gift card is actually against JB Hi-Fi policy, but this policy is not consistently applied instore or online. You're more likely to successfully purchase a JB Hi-Fi gift card in a JB Hi-Fi store, especially if you only tell staff you're wanting to use a card as a payment method.

    • -1

Can you purchase these with afterpay and is there a limit on how many cards you can convert the the teen, kids and hone to jb hifi.
I take you canā€™t use the teen, kids and home cards on jb site or are limited on how many you can use.
I take you can use in store also can you use this as part payment with other payment to make your purchase.

    • +2

Hi doweyy, these are not The Card Network Gift Cards, they are The Ultimate Gift Cards - just thought I should clear that up :)

      • +1

You're right, thanks for clarifying :)

I tried and it dosent work for DJI

    • +2

      you sound like drone

  • Thx OP just bought an airfryer

  • Have they ever done 10% off before?

  • +1

Is it possible to get a sale to price match an item, then apply the 10% off? (wishful thinking)

    • Would like to know too

    • Yes, you can.

      • Elaborate please? Do it in store?

        • I believe you can get them to price match online via and then possibly apply the 10% off code?
If not, might need to be in store.

          • +9

@theguyrules: Yes that's correct, you can do either of the following:

            1. Price match online here and within the live chat ask them to price match the item you want, they'll generate a link to checkout via JB Direct. You can then stack the coupon in the final checkout to save a further 10%.

            2. Negotiate a price match in-store, then at the checkout ask the clerk at the counter to input the 10% code further on top (may not work depending on staff). This one is iffy if there's no barcode to scan per other emails, but it may still work as it's advertised on site.

            Easiest option is online.

            • +3

@doweyy: I have tried this (online via Live Chat) and they will price match with the coupon already applied unfortunately.

              • @FFx0: I had this issue previously. What you do is NOT apply the coupon code yourself before you do the Live Chat. Give them the link to JB Hifi regular price, + the link for the store you want to price-match. Only AFTER Live Chat has given you a price-matched link do you apply the 10% discount code at the checkout. (My Live Chat person was very helpful when explained that I had pre-applied the discount code: they generated a new link for me! :-))

                • @dlee: They apply the discount code. Must have been an accident where they allow you to apply the code after the match.

            • +1

@doweyy: Just had a successful price match in store with Amazon AU and then the click frenzy coupon was applied at checked when I mentioned it.

I picked up the Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro for $87.23

            • @doweyy: woah! what the heck since when has there been a livechat option for JB?!?!

    • Online chat told me that price match excludes this coupon :( when I tried to price match a lens from Amazon

    • +2

      I tried price matching online.

As part of their response to the successful price match, they mentioned that there was currently a 10% sale and that it could not be used in conjunction with the price match.

In the end, they sent a link to the price matched item with the code already applied (i.e the final price in the checkout is the price matched price inclusive of the 10% code). This means that you can no longer add the code, and if you remove the applied code, the price would go up resulting in your price matched price plus 10%.

      • Can confirm when the send the price match link it accepts the 10% code above

  • +4

    Works for Samsung phones

  • holy moly those exclusions.

  • Keen to get a Sonos soundbar for very cheap once they can price-match this morning.

    • price match who?

    • Where did you get them to price match?

      • +1

I didn't, but Videopro. Just do a Google.

  • Would be nice if LG C2 is actually on sale

    • Yes it "is"

    • Current best for 65inch is $3479 at stan cash or $3539 at Billy Guyatts. I hope we see under $3k again very soon

      • It will drop in price, It hasn't been out that long.

      • You can get it for $3299 on the JB site currently by adding a cheap soundbar alongside the OLED to cart and adding the coupon.

It may be possible to price match against Videopro also to triple stack the discounts, but not 100% sure yet.

        • I'm trying to match a Sonos from Videopro right now, will report back with results.

They wouldn't price match because their current price + coupon is cheaper than Videopro.

          • @theguyrules: Interesting, maybe try another live chat agent as that's not usually my experience..

            • @doweyy: I could try yeah
"Sorry coupon is only on our advertised price."

              • +1

@theguyrules: DId you mention the coupon in the live chat at all? I just asked them to price match directly and they gave me a link instantly, then just stacked the coupon at checkout, that should be what works for you but maybe the agent figured it out.

                • +1

@doweyy: I didn't mention it until they sent a link with the coupon already applied. Then I asked if they could price match without the coupon.

Holy moly queue position is now 39.

                  • +1

@theguyrules: That's a bit dissapointing, maybe they factor in when they are cheaper with the code vs when they aren't for price matching.

                    • +2

@doweyy: I remember I did something similar over the phone last time there was a 5% discount. They sent me a link with the 5% pre-applied so the final price is $1 less than the competitor price. Was salty.

        • I guess we can return the sound bar once delivered

  • Can anyone recommend a decent power/voltage adaptor to use (phone charger, hair straightner, baby monitor) in the US?

    • I have this, works great. Don't know about voltage adaptor, never use it before.

  • The code does work with the new Pixel 6A

    • Wondering the same.. someone made a deal on here but it was removed as "unobtainable"

      • So does the 10% off coupon work on the Pixel 6a pre-order?

        • Yes

        • Yes but you canā€™t stack it with the bonus $250 trade in voucher

    • +1

But cannot stack with the $250 trade in coupon?

      • This is what I'd like to know!

      • +1

I'll message their chat and ask them

        • +1

please let us know~ thank you

      • Chat says the coupons are exclusive of each other, which I assume means they cannot be stacked. Damn.

    • +1

Maybe it's because Pixel 6A is still a pre-order product at JB Hifi and pre order is in the discount code exclusion list?

      • +1

92JBFRENZYJUL can be used to drop the price by about $75. But I assume a second code can't be used. I actually don't have a trade in code yet to test.

Ill see what their support chat says.

  • Does it make Samsung Q60B 75" the cheapest so far (at $1995 - $199.5 = $1795.5)?

    • And pay with 10% discounted ultimate home gift cards for further discount!

    • Appliance central appear to have it at $1785 at the minuteā€¦ also, the backlight issue with the 75ā€ ā€˜s doesnā€™t turn you off with this model?

      • Oh … wasn't aware of the backlight issue. Only the 75" but not the 65"?

        • +2

From what Iā€™ve read, itā€™s only in the 75 and 85. The blacks are cloudy and bleed a bitā€¦

          • +1

@Tommmygun: I bought this model and maybe that's what I noticed. When screen is dark I can see the issues but once video is played it doesn't worry me anymore

  • So pumped to buy a USB fan…oh wait it's Winter
