  • Amazing deals on TVs..

  • Literally just placed an order for LG C2, ahh bad timing.

    • Reorder and cancel the first order

      • It was a price-match with videopro so I'll have to wait until live chat is online again.

        • +2

If it was with Jb you can go in store and get back the difference

        • This extra 5% off is from the ticketed marked prices only at the time of the Easter Madness sale. But i can't see JB refunding a difference because it was not a ticketed price sale but a price match. As in the 5% off is only for ticketed prices. They'll likely say no your deal was a price match and not a ticketed sale price so can't refund a difference. So don't get your hopes up.

Any way i've gone over the entire Website terms of sale and the Refunds & Warranty guide and i see no where that states that JB will refund a price difference after a product has been purchased. There's no official after sale price difference guarantee.

    • Same bought the S95B

  • good one!!

They’re jacking up some prices on items. Noticed they increased the price of AirPod pro 2 from 359 to 399…

It always excludes apple products anyways

  • Can you combine with Shop back's 2.5% cash back gift cards?

    • +1

Yes, the code will be entered as a promo code, the gift cards are gift cards at checkout

    • use the ultimate everyone 10% cards!

I love how it grabbed an image of a Dyson product from the website to embed when it’s excluded from the deal hahaha

  • Tried to buy the Ninja Creami. It says the code does not apply to my basket.

What am I missing? I can't see it in the exclusions

    • I can see now that small appliances are excluded. I swear I read it 10 times yesterday. But I guess it doesn't matter whether I missed it or they added it, it's definitely excluded then. How annoying.

  • Damn bought a camera just this afternoon to be delivered and I see this :( Hope they can refund the difference.

    • If you go in while the voucher is valid! Potentially.

Hopefully their live chat is available on Saturday. Don't think they will be working tomorrow ..

  • Does this work with price matched online orders?

      • Price matching online isn’t done as a coupon code. That’s why you can combine them with the JB Perks vouchers (I just did it on Monday for a pair of QC45’s).

    • just got something price matched and says "coupon cant be applied to negotiated price"

So will the deal still be active on 8/04 in store? Or is it over at 11:59PM on the 7th?

    • +1

i think for JB promos usually their end dates would be the last day that u can still get the deal.

  • Has anyone managed to stack this offer with trade in credit?

  • Binglee is doing 10%. C'mon JB!

  • 5% and with exclusions??????????????????? How is this a "bargain"?

    • Still a bargain if not into the excluded items

  • Thought it was about time to use up these Auspost 15% off ultimate home gift cards (visa version)… getting nothing but errors trying to use them online. Anyone know how to use them? or do i have to just give in and go get them all swapped to 1 JB card

    • It probably means that JB Hi-Fi online does not accept Visa Gift Card. They probably see it as a fraud risk.

It states on their supported payments web page that it only accepts Debit and Credit cards when it comes to Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Means no prepaid Visa gift card.

      https://support.jbhifi.com.au/hc/en-au/articles/360053721213…

Edit: actually i've got an idea. Do you have a Paypal account?. If so you might be able to link the Visa Gift Card to Paypal and use it through that. As JB online does accept Paypal as a payment method. But i'm quite sure that you can only use one Visa Gift Card per order through Paypal (as in you can't stack Visa Gift Cards into a single order payment).

      • I think with PayPal, even though you put the prepaid visa or mastercard as your primary payment method, but if you also has other cards (not prepaid) PayPal will automatically use it without warning (if the primary card/prepaid failed)
