Went to look at their SIII and found this:

Samsung Galaxy Note II 16GB SIM Free / Unlocked (Brown) (Clearance!!)
$399
SKU: sam635hg4

Good deal if you can stand the crappy colour.

Apparently clearance so get in quick!

  • I was looking at this also but not sure whether the seller is trust worthy. Anyone deal with them before?

  • dodgy

  • The picture shown is actually a S3. This can be a S3 as the other S3 with normal colours are selling for $359

  • They only allow direct deposit, so more risky than if allow to pay by paypal. Still thinking.

Edit: Looks like a scam, must be very careful nowadays, any sellers that request payments via direct deposit or western union is potentially a scam, whether the seller is a well-known company or little known one. If for example, Harvey Norman or JB Hifi request payments via direct deposit or western union only, it is likely a scam as their website must have been hacked.

  • Same as the other deal please note.
BUYERS BEWARE, HIGLY PROBABLE SCAM SITE.
Was reading a thread last night on whirlpool related to directdiscountwarehouse.com.au. You can find it here whirlpool. Towards the end of 2nd page people have come up with the conclusion that the original site was shutdown and techshopping is the new site put up to scam customers. These people use stolen ABN numbers to appear legit.
And remember there is no paypal or cc fraud protection with direct debit.

    • thanks, just neg.

  • I think it's a scam. It looks like a very slightly modified version of this site http://web.archive.org/web/20130225012452/http://www.directd… , which was taking people's money. See here http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/2067484

edit: above poster beat me to it!

  • I've never seen note II in brown, what they are talking about?

    • I never seen an electron, but they exist too apparently.

      Brown n7100

  • In this day and age, if you're standing up a site selling stuff like this and are only doing Bank Transfers/Direct Debit, then there's a high likely hood of being a scam, or potentially having to deal with technically backwards help…which is worse.

  • Brown isn't the new black btw.

(just came to neg, looks dodgy regardless of colour)

  • Price seems to be correct because this model is without 4G LTE network.

  • No paypal payments…. I feel uneasy!

  • I emailed for shipping, they replied me within few mins and shipping will take 3 to 5 days but still worry for payment.

  • Just get it pricematched at officeworks?

  • Digging a little bit into this mob:
    http://abr.business.gov.au/SearchByAbn.aspx?SearchText=91+19…

    Not a registered GST?

    • More like ABN hijacking

  • Techshopping.com.au is a SCAM. They stole my money. Don't buy from them.

  • Such scam cannot beat our smart ozbarginers
