Mine popped up with an update message a few minutes ago, downloading over the wifis now! :D

[edit] Success!!! Android Version 4.1.2 - Wow, after a quick play it seems heaps snappier…and it was no slouch on ICS either…a few nice eye-candy refinements too.

    Just on Jelly Bean, then screen cracked in my pocket 2 days ago.
    Seems like this is a common problem with the Razr series, be warned, repair looks to be almost as much as a new phone. Not expecting any joy with Motorola warranty.
