    I'm not sure about the other stores, but I know for a fact the Bendigo one charges the shipping fee instore anyway (lists it on the location page).

  Please be aware : this company is very poor in the area of refunds/customer service. Please take this into account(I had very time consuming difficulties regarding a refund) before purchasing from them.

    'This company' is extremely general, as the physical stores (to my understanding) are merely run by franchisees. I know a lot of people have had trouble with a variety of Centre Com stores before, but if you want the complaint to be of use to others, you should be more specific.

    Never had an issue getting a refund when my item got lost in the post.

    Different situation but it was handled very well.

  Centrecom either leaked or onsold my email address to spammers. I know because I used a unique email address for them.
