Buying from Amazon euro

Hi guy,
I would appreciate all feedback from you guys about how to go about buying from Amazon euro.
I am looking for a walking frame Brandname TrustCare from Germany. I found a link in Amazon.euro, but its in German. How do I get it translated in English and any protection from fraud I should be awared of ?
What to do next ?
Thanks in advance.

If you use Google Chrome (like 39% of all our visitors, by far the most popular browser on OzBargain), then it offers to translate the page for you if it's not in English.

    • What are the other popular ones? Internet Explorer and Firefox I'd imagine? Any others with a decent percentage?

Safari comes in 2nd at around 20%, but that includes iPhone and iPad as well.

try to buy from amazon (the seller),

try and avoid 3rd party sellers on amazon as postage is cheaper if the seller is amazon and the item are definitely genuine if the seller is amazon

amazon has probably one of the best return/customer service online.

    • THIS!! I have bought loads of gear from Amazon US, UK and France using these couple of rules. I used google to translate the pages and bought everything for Baseball gear for my son through to Swiss Watches for myself. Searching tick the Amazon Global box and then select Amazon as the retailer.

  • Thank you very much for sharing your experience with Google Chrome and the English translation popped up no worries.
2ndeffort- Hope you don't mind me picking your brain with the following questions :

Where to find the Amazon Global box to tick and where to select Amazon as retailer ?
Do I need(and how)to set up an account with amazon before I can buy from Amazon.
How to find out about the postage ? (contact the seller to find out ?)
I bought from ebay many time, hope this is similar.
    Cheers.
