Cheapest it's been; the site is the .co.uk version of Gamersgate, which offers a lower price after currency conversion. It is not regionally restricted.

  You redeem Hitman Sniper Challenge here: http://hitmansniper.com/redeem

  Login/Register, input the code you get (it should be a different key, not the Absolution key) and it will generate a key which you then activate on Steam.

  It doesn't say it comes with Sniper Challenge, are you sure it's included?

    The Sniper Challenge game is on my GG shelf (along with Absolution) and there are instructions given to go the site and enter the code. However there is no visible code.

    I haven't activated the main game in Steam yet, so it may just be added along with that.directly into your Steam library.
