Hotel Club - Multiple Accounts

I have just read a post from Castrom8 which I would really appreciate some feedback on as I have made multiple accounts myself to take advantage of the incentives to join Hotel Club. Please let me know if anyone else has had their accounts and bookings cancelled.

Warning to anyone who opened multiple accounts:
they just cancelled all my bookings (even where I paid money on top) and suspended my accounts. According to an American website this is happening to everybody who had opened more than one account now. Bugger. They havent mentioned anything about refunding the extra money paid

  Hey Mate,

  Yeh i just had my bookings canceled. I'll have to check my CC for the refunds.
  Still, this might not be happening to everyone, as another member said it may just depend on how their are filtering out duplicates in the system.

  What's Hotelclub like in general? Are they reputable?

  All good

  they have been kicking around for years - so they are reputable

  BUT their prices always seem more than other providers, sometimes quite a bit too
