Hi all,

The Shaver Shop have an exclusive deal with Braun on the Braun Silk Epil 7681 Epilator that is normally up to $199.95, where if it is purchased before 30th May 2013, you will be eligible for $100 cash back (this applies to all Braun Series 7 Epilators). You will have to pick up the form in store as the form avaiable from the Braun website doesnt mention the Shaver Shop extended period. I bought one of these for my partner on Friday from the Castle Hill NSW store with the form and have sent off the form the same day.

Make sure when you buy this, you look at the form that should mention exclusive period for the Shaver Shop until 30th May. Also ensure the Shaver Shop gives you one receipt to keep and one to send off with the form.

Get in fast as this Epilator is one of the highest rated in positive reviews.

      Wrong. Shaver Shop have an exclusive extended period for the cash back to 30th May. It would help if you read first, comment later.

      I was told that the last batch of cheques were posted on the 28th of March. If you haven't received yours yet, you need to contact them and they will investigate. At least that's what I've been told.Its been 2 weeks since I've contacted them and they are still investigating.

        Thanks for the head-up about all the cash-backs having been sent out. Rang up and asked why I have not got mine and turns out they sent it to the wrong house number luckily they got it returned to sender with not known at that address and not chucked in the bin. They are re-sending the cash-back out to me so hopefully I will get it soon.

    As per the form available in the Braun website, the offer is valid until 31st July 13 (terms and conditions #3) - http://www.braun.com/medialib/downloads/anz/promotions/braun…

    so it cost $19 for you to buy from Myer.

    I ordered it from Myer last time and got the $100 cash back promptly - good deal.

      Your info is actually wrong.
      The offer on the form only points to the fact that the offer is valid to 15th April (purchase period), see point 4, whereas they require you to send in the completed form and a copy of your receipt by no later than 31st July 2013 (point 3).

      So in fact, if you buy it from Myer, you will pay $119 but not be eligible for the cash back. If you buy it from Shaver Shop, you'll pay $199.95 upfront, and get $100 cash back (total $99.95 spent) as the offer with Shaver Shop has a purchase period valid until 30th May 2013.

      Points from the form you linked to:
      3. Promotion commenced 1st March 2013 and entries must be received by 5:00 pm (AEST)
      on 31st July 2013.
      4.Promotion only applies to the following products (“Participating Products”), which must be
      purchased on or between 1st March 2013 to 15th April 2013 (“Purchase Period” this may be
      extended depending on retailer, please check website for details).

      So the only question is, is whether Myer is one of those retailers that has an extended purchase period like the Shaver Shop. I cant see that Myer is listed on the Braun website or cash back form.

    My review on this is quite mixed.. I bought it since the last cashback promo and I feel that my emjoi is much better. The epil cuts my hair rather than plucks it. I bought mine from Myers. A friend of mine received her cashback 2-3 weeks after sending where as I received min 2 months after.

    I bought on 21/12/2012 and mailed in the cash back a few weeks later. Their claimed "within 60 working days" to provide the cheque period ended a few weeks ago and I still have not seen anything. I have called them once and I'm going to have to call them again to ask why I have not received my cheque yet. This is BS and feels very much like a scam.
