  The lone 1-star review is not positive:
  "This is more of a self help book than an actual work out book. It may be good for someone searching for motivation but I was looking for recommended routines for a beginning lifter and I didn't really find them here. Deleted it already"

  Hmmm… see if I download this, The Lovely is going to think that I am laying out hints that she needs to sculpt herself: that's going to make me as popular as a pork chop in a synagogue.
