    The Billion modems are very good and their support is great. They pay attention to their user forums on their site and also the Whirlpool Billion forum here: http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum/82?&g=54.

    This particular model has triple-WAN. That is an ADSL2 modem, a fast ethernet port for connecting to a fiber modem such as NBN or cable, or you can plug in a 3G modem for wireless internet.

    Thanks guys. I did think so but their user manual nor their quick guide do not mention the word 'modem'. I just bought one from MSY for $185 but finding it a bit difficult to set it up using their quick guide. Will try with their user manual now…

      It is a difficult modem to set up.
      They've changed the layout of the modem setup page and it's really hard to find stuff!
