    This is just the standard rate offered by RaboPlus. The previous RaboPlus deal - free $50 for new customers - remains open until February 28, and there is some good discussion and comparison in that deal.

      aside: does anyone know why banks cannot or will not offer the same interest rates to business as to personal?

      I'm talking about rates of 4% or higher (not the 0% accounts) :)

        Sorry but can someone explain the difference between a business account and a personal account? That you can put an ABN on it? I am trying to find a cheap fee-less business account…

          If you can find a fee less business bank account :) I'd be interested too …

          Looking at something … ANZ say they can waive fees on an account if you can show them you have $50,000.00 to invest, or something … but I've been running around with a few more urgent tasks so won't be able to get onto that for a bit …

    ANZ Online Saver is 4% too and has no minimum.

    Comsec Investment account is fee free and 4.25% at the moment, with no minimum.

    (You have to set up a fee free Comsec Cash Account as well. No Chequing on this account … oh Scotty, this might be of use to you. I've only been using it for personal, but I can pay bills and do "pay anyone" type transactions)

    Cash account is only 0.25%, but can transfer it to the linked Investment account for 4.25%.
