  Ebay has listings from a number of Singaporean and Hong Kong dealers offering the best prices I have found.

  I bought a Citizen watch from DutyfreeIsland seller on eBay (99.7% feedback). Everything went smoothly, watch is genuine etc. Slightly cheaper than Amazon US price too.

  Anything from local shops will cost you $$$$$$ in markup.

  I recently purchased a Citizen Eco Promaster Divers BN0100-51E watch at a great price from this online store which also sells Seiko. There are useful reviews from purchasers for each watch. Creationwatches has been highly recommended by various watch forums.

  If you are after the higher end offerings like Prospex, SARB, Grand Seiko, Spring Drive etc there is a guy that they all swear about on watchuseek. [i have the link on home PC and will edit this post later].

  If you are after something a bit original there are a couple of 'modding' guys that will sell you a Seiko and then 'mod' it with custom hands, face, dial etc. If interested have a look on the net for:
