Which website to search 'flexible date/best price' international tickets?

Do you have any suggestion on what website I should use to book my flights to Europe for our family of 4? Not really fuzzed about the dates, happy to change dates if I can find a cheaper deal. Planning to travel around nov/dec/jan/feb …I remember a website from years ago where you could get an overview of cheap dates/per airline, and could change dates/airlines around to get the best price .. 3 days earlier, 3 days later etc. …if only I remembered that website. It was an American website … that's all I know.

Tips? What website gives me that kind of information and flexibility?

Note: You can't buy a ticket from there.

    www.adioso.com/au

Not always accurate… but gives you a good start point to jump on that airlines website.

    • I liked this site. easy to see graph for prices for that week. easy to navigate to next/previous week.

you can choose flight from specific city to a general area. e.g. Melb to West Europe. then it spits out prices for the main airports in west europe.

      handy and simple

    • i reckon adioso has gone downhill. it is no longer my go-to site.
many lo-cost airlines missing (that used to be there), particularly Aus to Asia and within Asia.

      • Hi Battler sorry to hear that… lo cost sometimes become more expensive i have found when you add the variables.(by no means all in saying that)

Also Battler any tips on bookings ?
