  To enter the code, press "Play", then go to the store. Press the button in the upper-right that says' "More coins!". Finally, scroll down the list until you see the option to enter the promotional code. And make sure you start with a capital "A".

  I did, and even tried downloading it through Play store (not appoftheday),
  when applying the code (in the game go to buy more coins), after typing the code it says "Code Invalid".

Tried it for 30 seconds and looks like good light hearted fun that does not require any dedication, committment or skill to enjoy. Just my type of phone game.
