I know thats in response to the way the op was written, but I'd rather get it local for $39.
Especially since zavvi just rorted me with hidden delivery conditions, which just cost me a game.

Thats the steelbook edition. Collectors has 8" Kratos statue. Good find though.

The 'Special edition' steelbook is also on sale at $39 from jb and comes with a free "Mythological Heroes Sackboy pack" which consists of a 6" Sackboy action figure of Kratos and 4 armour skins for multiplayer.
Online also? I see no mention of those extras.
I don't think so. Most stores haven't had those figures for awhile.
I believe that figure was for pre orders, you just get the DLC and steelbook now
I got mine today instore from JB Hifi in Adelaide, Rundle Mall store. The figure pack wasn't advertised but they had a heap of both steelbook and figure packs behind the enquiries counter and he just handed me the figure as well when I asked for the game.
This game must be crap for the price to fall so much so fast.
Sony exclusive games don't hold their price very long, I think Sony push for them to be priced them to sell where possible. I mean just look at the price of the GoW collection, GoW III, GT5, Uncharted, Ratchet and Clanks etc
The game has been well received btw, the main gripe seems to be that it is more of the same if anything (which is more of the same of the best kill 'em up ever)
