Received my phone very quickly!
However, 5 minutes after setting it up the touchscreen became unresponsive and now it blue screens and won't boot :(
Created an RA with Mobileciti, and I'm hoping they send me a new one. Shouldn't have to wait for this to be repaired.
Alas an almost identical issue here… unresponsive touchscreen, then a display that won't turn on (phone is on, but blank screen).
Hoping to get it replaced in-store tomorrow. After all, it's not that a problem occurred that we should judge on, but how that problem is handled.
Try vol down + power. That will try to force a reboot. Also heard that vol + power + camera button can force a reboot.
That fixed the unresponsive touchscreen issue originally, however tried both those with the black screen and no go.

Even if it did work, at this point given the early-life issues, I'd feel more comfortable getting it swapped anyway. Obviously a lot easier for me since they're a 30 minute drive away…

Yes had the same problem but already received the wireless charger on Tuesday. Very impressive for a redemption considering I only sent the clam on Friday. Very happy with mobileciti, very fast delivery and a very good price. The phone itself is fantastic, such a good change coming from the rather boring Apple iOS. The Nokia apps are spectacular, especially the Nokia Transit and Here apps for public transport and navigation - shits all over Apple Maps and even Google Maps. Funny how you get so used to what you have that you just don't change it but WP8 is actually very good and I only have a couple of apps I couldn't find. ANZ is one of the missing apps but I'm sure they will fix that soon otherwise I just change banks :-)
