        you should receive a coupon code. go to the uplay store and add blood dragon to cart. Enter the code as coupon code and it will discount it to 0. Finish checkout and it should bind to your uplay account. If not just enter the cd-key to your uplay

    • probably for security measure. phone security indeed is safer than email security but at the risk of privacy? Archie there is a psychic

    • Some companies prefer to ask you for your ID (I doubt you want to send this), or e-mail verification of some sort. We prefer to do it with the phone. It costs us a little bit of money, but it saves us the trouble from dealing with frauds.

      Nosdan! The game should be instantly delivered (usually the e-mail comes before order confirmation). The subject of the e-mail is "CD KEY INSTANT DELIVERY" (..how appropriate!). If you did not receive such e-mail, I strongly suggest you to send us an e-mail so a customer service staff can help you. They don't really do Ozbargain, except me. But since I am away from office within a minute I cannot help. They should reply within 2 hours.

      If you did not receive an order confirmation, your best course of action for now is: create a new e-mail, preferrably from g-mail, send us an e-mail to [email protected] indicate that you aren't receiving any e-mails from us and you would like to receive it at the new e-mail xxx. Chances are that your e-mail server is blocking us (check Spam-folder).

      [edit] seems like this is the case. Your e-mail is blocking our e-mails, as I tried to reply but the e-mail did not go through. Gmail has never blocked our e-mails before, so that would be your best solution! We can't help unless we can communicate with you I am afraid.

  • I must say all I've heard about this game is good. I got a 'free' copy of this from the AMD Reloaded deal but haven't been able to bring myself to install Uplay.

  • So no steam activation, it only uses uplay? Is that the one that comes with Assassin Creed 2? I bought that off Amazon the other day, put my key into steam, and I think it installed uplay…. (hopefully someone else will know!).

    In that case I can just activate it with that right?

    • Yes it is the same launcher used for Assassins Creed 2, you have to go into the store and add blood dragon to cart then apply the key they sent you as the promo code and it will reduce price to $0 and then gets added to your account =)

    Just to be clear, my paypal is actually working fine, just not with this company for some reason (???).

    EDIT : I tried again without logging into my paypal and just did a "standalone" payment with my card, which actually worked. No idea what's going on really.

    • We have that problem that the redirect for some reason does not work properly with PayPal. PayPal couldn't help us with it - later we found out that if you are receiving that error, when you get redirected, don't wait to be redirected, click the button that moves you there immediately. But luckily it already worked out!

      For some reason the payment is still stuck at pending on our back-end though. Did you receive anything from us yet?

      • Nope! I got the confirmation email from Paypal, and your initial welcome email when I signed up - but nothing else has come through yet :( I was just speaking with your online support people and they said to wait 15 minutes.
