I remember there used to be a 1800 number you could use to get in touch with commonwealth bank but I can't find it anymore. I could be misremembering but it seems strange for other banks like ING to have 1800 numbers and commonwealth bank doesn't.
Anyone know what it is?
I think you're out of luck. They do have some 1800 numbers. One I thought was interesting. You can call a 1800 number if you accidentally die. I'm still wondering about that one. How do you know if you accidentally die and how do you get your fingers to dial the number?

They do have a number for international collect calls +61 2 9999 3283 (Collect calls). I'm assuming it is for international calls because it is under that heading and is displayed with a country code.
