I used to do some via Valued Opinions. I reckon it paid under $5 an hour, but I ended up getting several Dan Murphy's gift cards. You can't get much easier work, and some of the surveys were interesting, like new product launches and things.
I gave up because they started asking more and more questions at the start before telling you "Sorry, you don't qualify for this survey" and I got sick of answering questions for nothing.
I met a guy who works for one of these companies and he told me they struggle to get enough male participants to get an even spread for the surveys, so if you want to get more surveys, tell them you are male, even if you aren't (if you are unsure, that's a separate forum post).

I used to do pureprofile and eventually you do get some money out of it, but it takes a loooonnnngggg time unless you luck out with a highly paid survey, which I only ever got one (hint - you always WANT to buy a brand new car in the next month or two). I gave up though, it was too time consuming for the return.

  • Yes,as well I have tried pureprofile, but as you said it takes forever to get anything back and I think that is one of the better paying ones - I think?

  • I do valued opinions but lately the surveys have been very boring and tedious for little reward.
Used to get alot of product trials sent to me, which paid $20+. I was getting about 4 or 5 gift WISH cards every month or two.
Really it does not pay alot and is quite boring most of the time. If you want to make money online look for transcription jobs, a friend does it and I am thinking of applying as well. can pay $20+ per hour depending how good you are.

  • I am always interested in extra cash, what are transcription jobs?
