I bought this one, which includes a bottle of Veurve. $79 delivered. I needed the Veurve for a gift. I probably could have got it for $65, so this is five bottles of probably crappy wine for $14.

Was very sad to see that is only a six-pack :( WTF, will get it anyway :)

  • This seems like a good price even before the voucher. WM seemed to be the cheapest already. Add the free shipping to that then the voucher and it's a nice deal. $76 delivered for a dozen. Nice drop in the right situation.

  • I'm in for a half dozen Koonunga Hill, however I do think we should note its not the tried and true Shiraz Cabernet but the straight Cabernet that Treasury Wine Estates added to the range a few years ago. 2010 is supposed to be a cracker vintage.

    • They also have the straight Shiraz at the same price. Why not blend your own?

  • Finally an excuse to pick up some sparkling rose

  • We need to get some user reviews going I reckon, make the choices a bit easier. Out of their current stock i've tried the Harbord 2010 barossa shiraz which was quite good, very nice flavour not sour or tart at all, a touch on the thin side perhaps. Also tried the Gotham Mclaren Vale 2010 Shiraz, darker thicker and richer flavour, a touch on the tart side in comparison though. This time i've ordered the zonte's footstep 2008 blend and i'm taking a punt on the barossa cleanskins, see how we go. Been wondering if the Lehman back to back 2011 shiraz is any good, wasn't the greatest year so a bit apprehensive, anyone tried it? I was all set to try the Grant Burge batch 01 shiraz but it got pulled from the website before this deal, hmm.

    • I'd skip the Lehmann 2011. I wasn't impressed. Go and buy Clancys or Portrait Shiraz from Dan Murphy's instead (both on special right now incl devliery). Interesting that you've been buying the wines I've been looking at!
