    Hi Rep,

    I want to buy from you i really do but….
    i can't find any info on your site (or previous deals) about the actual cases. ie what the $12 ones are made of, how protective they are, what parts of the phone do they cover, etc. You know, how they perform as actual cases.

    Also, there was at least one comment on a previous deal you posted by someone who bought two and claimed the images had all but faded off within a week. Any thoughts on this?

      Hi chewbot,

      We have two cases on offer. The PC case is a hard plastic case. From the image you can see it protects the sides, edges and back of the phone. These snap on to the phone. You would see many of these type of cases on the market. What we supply is instead of a plain case, you can choose your own image and we print it on.

      The images are all printed on and the life of the image on the case is dependent on how you treat it. We make it as durable as possible. We are also constantly trying to improve on this. With any printing done on plastic the durability is always the tough one (kids toys, plastic cups) It is very dependent on circumstance . As a result this can vary from Person to person.
      We saw the comment posted previously and we were quite surprised and disappointed as we had no prior contact from this customer. We value feedback, but in our defence we had no knowledge of this issue. The customer still have not made contact with us. So we have no idea what the circumstances are.
