Cheapest Ceramic Type Fan Heater?

Just wondering anybody know where I can find the cheapest Ceramic Type Fan Heater?

I don't like the steel filament type ones as they always have this funny smell to them.

Cheapest I found is bunnings at $29.

I posted a $20 one recently, from Aldi. Sometimes they have leftover stock. A commenter replied that he sees them selling for 20 bucks in BigW; I haven't checked in-store, but the ones showing on bigw.com.au are quite expensive.
