I tried to login to book hotels this morning, and the website couldn't find my account.
I checked my email, it still sending me emails from them.
I am wondering has anyone has same issue? I still have credit with them ><

Did they tell you why they close the account.
I tried to email them but no reply :_
I accumulate those credit hard.

Not sure about your circumstances, but they took my credit (between $10 and $20) and closed my account without telling me. I only found out when I went to use it like you.
