    I would like to take this chance and say thanks to OP/WNK and to EC,and others for posting some good reads,when I get a chance to read them. I think someone needs to invent a machine to freeze time,so we can read allllll these free books.

    The espresso book is a piece of crap, and i usually wouldn't complain about a free eBook but seriously sometimes these things are free for a reason. I want my 60 seconds back. "Syrups make or break a drink" "you won't be able to make a coffee like the professionals chains I.e. Starbucks"

    Google Australia search and you will get more helpful tips
