At present hubby and I are with BUPA on "Budget Hospital ($500 excess) + Bronze Extras" cover and paying $130 PM.
With new addition (newborn) to our family we want to upgrade our cover from couple to family.
So wondering what sort of cover / health insurer you are with and how much do you pay?
We are happy to switch to other insurer if we get cheaper option and do not really care about waiting period for extra services.

Do you get any tax benefits for having extras?
A few month ago a colleague changed cover, IMO the providers are getting dodgier, the medibank package I'm on for young singles (~70/month) includes 2 free scale and clean at member's choice provider dentist, this was no longer available. Pretty much all covers she looked into only pays about 50% now so you still need to fork out 50-70 bux for routine visits to dentists. It's pretty much like either way you are stuffed.
My WEALTH insurer? I guess that would be MBF the major rip of artists.
