iPhone factory unlocking service

I have been looking for an iphone 4 for my mum and eventually bought one on ebay that is in good condition, pick up at close to where I live but locked to Orange UK. I thought I could jailbreak and unlock it through software but turned out this was impossible.

So what I'd like to know is if anyone knows a reputable factory unlocking service.

    Its not cheap … contact ilostnemo on here … he has lots of experience with unlocking iPhones.

    Or - Blocked by Orange in the UK?

    Or - Locked to, and Blocked by, Orange in the UK?

    The only iPhone 4 that I have seen on eBay recently, that was described as locked to Orange UK, was also IMEI Blocked by Orange as a lost/stolen handset.
