Urban Outfitters, wrong item sent, terrible communication

Hi all,

Had my first and most likely last experience with this mob. Ordered a pair of Onitsuka Tigers couple of weeks ago, got the shipped email and they sent me the wrong item (some horrible sandles). Emailed them on the 13th, no reply. Emailed them on the 18th and they finally replied saying they will take 3 days to look into it (WTF!). The item I ordered has since gone back up in price and they have stock but are not going to send me this item, instead they are going to refund me on my purchase. I emailed them again last week saying that I wasn't happy just getting a refund and wanted the shoes that I ordered. Surprise, surprise they haven't replied.

They have told me to return the item they sent, however I read the reply sticker thing and by the sounds of it, they only do replied paid postage within the US. No way am I gonna pay to ship this wrong item back to them.

Has anyone had this type of experience with them before?
