  I found SteelCraft Agile Plus ($399) is best in this range but its not on special and next best I can find is this one :) If you can find SteelCraft Agile Plus for less than $399 then its good, but cannot find it :(

    been contemplating to get the baby jogger mini city and I thought if this is comparable to baby jogger mini city then I might get this one instead.
    
    I also notice the baby jogger mini city is $349 down from $399 at baby bunting.

    I haven't checked the Agile+ closely enough but we have the Agile. I know the foot well now folds out flat on the Plus, but make sure you check whether the seat folds back completely flat. The old Agile doesn't so it's never been the most comfortable thing for our little guy to sleep in!

I have this one and a Bugaboo. The Steelcraft wins hands down in the value for money stakes.
