It is a great deal on such a cheap iPod, normally these deals r only with touch or classic. Plus you could probs still get them a few dollars off if you bargain.
The dock in question is the Edifier iF330. Comes in White/Black. Has video output via composite cable.
According to most reviews, you get what you pay for. Meaning this product, being a very cheap iPod dock, shouldn't come with high expectations.
Very bad volume distortion at high levels, flat bass, no remote, no radio. On the plus side, it's compact, retractable, can be battery-powered for portability and looks very sleek.

I bought one of these today. The dock came in a choice of white or black, and does actually go reasonably loud. Also able to handle more base than I expected. Pretty good deal here I think :)
