My friend offered me brand new 120gb OCZ Vertex v3.20 for 90 dollars.
He just got the 256gb off msy, so not using it anymore.
He bought it at $129 from umart.

TBO it needs to be 50% of what they paid for it these days to be worth it. I'd offer him $65, as with what MrMark said combined you may also want to just save your money and get a 256gb.
I would stay away from it and get this as it's much better and more reliable:

the best value is the 256GB now and if you keep an eye out on the deals here you will see Plextor going for $169 every now and then.
Brands to watch in no particular order:
Samsung
Intel
Sandisk Extreme
Plextor
Crucial
Its pretty marginal when you can get a 256GB SSD for $169. 120GB fills up pretty fast unless you have another drive in there for your media files.
