Potentially illegal/warez?

I was looking for an android keyboard (it's called minuum, and its in beta).

After reading a review, there was a link to the (press release) .apk.

Is sharing this on ozbargain illegal,
or should i sharezz

Is the title of the apk "Minuum Keyboard Beta v1.0"?

Also, is it any good, seems like its dependent on dictionaries?

  Nah, its a press-release version.
  
  Whoever wrote the article felt the need to share it with all their readers.
  
  This version is a bit older than the beta version.
  
  That being said, i've tried Minuum and Tio, Minuum has better prediction and is hence a bit better.
  
  Tio is a free alternative though, and has been around for years.

  Yes, this. Ask them and see what they say. My guess is they will tell you to wait for their latest version to come out instead of linking to an old version which still may have bugs.
