    Big fan of Icon. But last time I bought one of these—advertised as new—for very cheap online. It was a refurb. Had been synced with something else before. And battery didn't last as long. Otherwise it worked.

    Edit: to clarify, I did not buy from cellphoneshop.net though.

    Nice prices but small warning, buying an Era I just got charged $2.99 delivery after I submitted order paying with PayPal (even though last PayPal page showed $45 to pay).

    I purchased the Jawbone Era from this website about 2 months ago.
    Prices were good and item was good, delivery was pretty slow tho as it comes from singapore or something. I do believe it is a refurb tho as it isn't in any original packaging. It comes in like the same packaging u get for a carton of battery, kinda all crammed in there. Had all the items in the box that u normally get(manual, replacement earpieces and cables) and it was in perfect condition however still wouldn't call it Brand New.
    Haven't used it a whole lot, but i connected it to my phone and it worked fine.

    If u dont mind it being a refurb then its a pretty amazing price

      the website lists it as a white box so i'm expecting what you have described although i don't think they are used because they list the returned headsets differently

      The Era does have better sound quality (slight), but the size of the Icon is awesome and it still has Noise Assassin noise cancelling tech.
      Personally I prefer the Era with the touch controls and slightly better quality sound.

    I have a Jawbone ICON. Make sure you buy some custom ear gels. That thing is painful to keep in your ear. Also falls out a lot.

    Received my ICON today. Not sure if new or refurb, came in generic box marked 'Headset'. Works OK, sound is a bit tinnier than my plantronics M25, but mic quality is better.
