I recently learnt how to get 5% off Woollies Gift Cards (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/76811), and will be doing that from now on.
Last order, some items were out of stock, and as they aren't able to refund to a gift card, I get emailed a code for a discount to the value of the refund.
I guess this does help alleviate this issue (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/105201).
I believe that they fill the order at my local store. Anyone know if there is a way to work out which items are in stock in a particular store?
The delivery fee decreases the more you spend, and if I were to order some items that are out of stock, then I could potentially pay less for delivery and get a discount on the next order.
Effort v Savings v Risk ratio is not really worth it, but I know there are some out there that might try it out! Any thoughts on this?
The only way to know is go to your local store and see but they can get stock in. Its not really worth it.
Sometimes you can find an item your local store doesn't stock.
