Is there a way to get a email notification when a specific bargain comes up?

  You could try "If This, then That"

  So just to get you started, the Ozbargain RSS feed is http://feeds2.feedburner.com/ozbargainnew

  If for example, you wish to receive an email everytime a Kogan deal is posted.

  1. If condition: RSS feed
  2. New Feed item matches
  3. In the Keyword or Simple Phrase box, type in Kogan. In the Feed URL section, type in the Ozbargain RSS url.
  4. Create a trigger by clicking "That"
  5. Make your trigger by clicking on "Email" or "Gmail". Customise the email and that's it.

  As above, you can use a feed reader to subscribe to product you want. E.G. Galaxy Nexus. Ifft will take an RSS feed and do a variety of tasks (email, put in your dropbox etc.)

  RSS feed is what you're looking for. The email subscription service will only email you when the deal hits front page, and sometimes by that time it's too late.
