$5 Shampoo delivered has expired from this DealsDirect deal??

Hi there
Just received the delivers for this $5 Shampoo/Conditioner deal from Deals direct
Topic number http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/108534
But it seems all the products are manufactured back to 2010.
One marked as Jan-2010 and the other marked as Dec-2010.
Life for cosmetic products are normally 30-36 months only so I think most likely these are expired already…
Should I ask for a refund at all?
