I'm new to grays online and have not used it before and was just wondering whether you can use Paypal and also whether you can ask questions about items like eBay.

I have had some really good customer service from Grays Online but also some bad, for example an auction item that didn't have any problems listed with it but when I picked it up the box had "faulty" written on it in three locations. Responsibility is on the buyer to inspect before buying but it still didn't sit well with me.
Response time is pretty poor on the emails too.
On the other hand, they have some great deals and deliver very promptly.
No, you have to use credit card ( they are really bad with customer service and refund policy), that is why they don't allowed Paypal to be use for purchase.
The customer service help center take a week to reply your question even promised to be reply in 2 business days, 2 business days is normal response time where as some auction may ended in few hours when you have question to ask.
There is a person assigned per auction, but they never return your message or email, the 1300 number takes more 10 minutes to get a person to answer. they are helpless !
