  • According to the Rep in the other thread the deal was expected to end last weekend, maybe I can order some if it's still on. :)

  • I just got the email today and it says it expires 31st July 2013

  • I just got the email about this today - I think it is different from last weeks offer.

  • shame they don't sell my contact lenses :(

  • they don't appear to sell boxes of 90s. having to buying boxes of 30s makes things expensive. $35 for box 30 acuvue trueye vs $87 for box of 90s. still, with the voucher it works out a bit cheaper

  • Apparently the site says Free Shipping as well? Not sure if you can use with the $50 off promotion too…haven't tried.

EDIT: No, you can't have free shipping as well.

  • This is the same as the other one, I used the code on Monday and it worked fine. Really it should just have had the expired removed from it. Thanks ssx for confirming the correct expiry date.

Somebody in the other thread said that they still got free shipping when they spent over $150 (i.e the amount after discount was still over $100), but this didn't work for me.

    • Yeah, free shipping didn't work for me either when I tried putting through an order that was >$100 after discount.

  • I've never bought contacts online before… when I buy them in store I can just swipe my health insurance card to get the rebate processed straight away. With an online purchase I presume you have to claim separately?

    • +1

yes you claim separately. however, many health insurance plans have caps on how much you're covered for. online retailers likely to be lower priced, hence you could be fully covered or at least be out of pocket less.

  • Do I need to show Specsavers a copy of my contact lenses prescription? I'm asking because I don't have a copy of it (it's store on file at my local optometrist), but I do know which lenses to get as I've bought them from a different online site before.

    • you just need to type in the numbers

    • no you dont

  • 3 x 30pk TrueEye $105-$50+$10 shipping = $65

Try get price match from elsewhere for 90pk lens.

  • Anyone know when this ends ?
