just a heads up that Aldi have Organic Fair Trade Coffee Beans on special right now at $14.99 for a 1KG bag. Combine that with a $49 (WAS $79) Espresso machine at the local outlet, and you're set for some time yet.
The coffee smells freshly roasted, with a best before date of 16/6/2015, suggesting that it was likely roasted within the last month. Tastes quite smooth to me, with no bitterness or burnt flavour. I'm very pleased and likely not to sleep tonight :)
