Cheap ~8.9" Notebook - Which One?

Hi all
Noticed that I missed this deal whilst searching Ozbargain history

Just curious if anyone has seen cheap sub notebooks, laptops, whatever they call them.
Preferably around the 9" size.
Just looking for affordability.

The Kogan Agora is supposed to be excellent (and very cheap) according to the Gizmodo.com.au Review.
It's a 10 inch screen though..
and I don't think it's available until April 10

  Just to note that Agora here is the 10" netbook, not Kogan's failed attempt on creating an Android-powered smart phone…
  
  $539 + postage for a 10" 2GB RAM + 6 cell battery seems to be a pretty good deal, but I need to see it offered (rather than hyped) to believe.
