Which Android Media Player with ethernet?

Hi all,

MOD, if in wrong forum, please move then slap me and tell me where I should have put it.

I'm confused. There are so many media players out there and I have no idea what to look at.

I would like to narrow down my search to around 3 or 4. I have looked at various websites and there are heaps of options.

So, can you help me out?

I'm after a reliable and flexible (can update firmware, mod etc) media player with;

1. Ethernet (I don't care about wireless connection. I will be hooking this directly to my modem)
2. At least 2 USB ports (1 for a stick and the other for my wireless logitech keyboard)
3. Can access my network (to stream movies etc over ethernet)
4. Can play 1080 files in various formats (full HD not interlaced)
5. Should be quad core with max memory, but doesn't have to be. I want something I don't have to mess with for a few years.
6. Must be reliable… ie. no problems coming out of sleep, etc
7. Must have access to web browser so I can watch iView/SBS on demand, etc.

Too much to ask?

I have a budget of up to $100 which I feel is enough to get me something pretty decent. I'm not worried about which processor, rockchip/A9 etc as long as it does what it should do with no shenanigans.
