    Silly question, but don't optometrists have to test your eyes to find out which lenses are needed?

    Hi Storm, Yes an optometrist will prescribe for lenses and may recommend the best lens type. However, if you are unsure of the lens type, you are welcome to email us at [email protected] with your prescription values and the frame that you like, and we can give you some guidance as to the lenses that would be best suited. We have a staff optometrist and dispensers who can give professional advice.

    Hi Eides. Yes Summer sale does sound misleading. But were getting rid of our stock from summer. But we are in Sydney, and we are 100% Australian.

    Hi Amsaini, Any issues with glasses that is a manufacturing or lens dispensing problem we replace for free. But change of mind decisions are not covered unfortunately.

    Hi Neoncs, Photochromatic lenses vary in price. We have basic transitions that start from $75, but the transition 6 lenses increase in price. Also depends on your prescription… if you follow the prompts on smartspecs.com.au when adding lens details to a frame, the price will be shown for the lenses.

    Ive used this company before and the glasses were fine. The high index lenses were already cheap. Ive got a strong prescription and got the 1.74 thin lenses. With the 50% off im going to get another pair!
