Help need help for birthday!

I tired multiple places and can't find what i'm looking for. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, if so very sorry. :D

Anyways, i'm trying to find a skype bot to use for someone's birthday, so it can message my friend a message every time it becomes 12am in some country. Please help me with this as soon as possible because it'll mean a lot to me. If you need any extra details ask for them and i shall try my best :D
