Waffle Maker

Hi Guys,

I'm after a cheap waffle maker I can't seem to find one at all in Adelaide or a cheap one online, any help would be awesome! Preferably something that isn't huge and chunky.

  • I purchased a waffle maker from Your Home Depot last month.

The same one I wanted on ebay was $89.95 and Home Depot has it for $69.00
Used the coupon code 3GC5%ACT and got 5% off.

Ended up paying $76 inc postage, very happy with it :)

It's not $15 cheap like the ones from BigW but i'm very happy with it.

  • Coles was selling them cheap recently here in Qld. About 3 wks ago. $15, they were clearing them out. Also saw them on special at Myer that week for $30. So it's not that expensive in general, much cheaper than most others. Seems to work the same, although the waffles are smaller heart shapes rather than one large one (that actually suits us more, but not everyone would like it).

    • Thanks! I'm not fussed about the look per say just that is doesn't take up a heap of room in the cupboard etc. All the ones I have seen are $60-$90.

  • This is what we've got https://www.cuisinart.com/products/waffle_makers/waf-200.htm…

Myer and DJs have them on special regularly

    • Do you find it easy to clean?

      • It gets hot enough you don't really need to (it just burns off )

  • Op shop. See them in several ones I go into all the time. And small doughnut makers. Even saw a Sunbeam bread machine the other day that looked brand new. Not a Panasonic, but bread only (very) fractionally less good. Anyway, usually about $4-$10.
