I can understand you deleting my post and revoking my negative vote according the guidelines, What I don't understand is how hard it is for you to see that this deal is just Spam(considering the rep's bad history) and apply the forum's rules for the rep too!
There are 3 separate issues you are mentioning.
1 deleted for sockpuppeting, 1 as Spam and two(including this one) with only negative votes.
1) History of a users posts is something that is done by the moderation team in conjunction with the user. Any bans or decisions should be left to the moderation team. You can discuss this in TWAM.

2) Your initial comment/vote was invalid. If you look at the voting guidelines, SPAM should be a report not a vote. It's either or, not and.

3) Again from the voting guidelines, the main purpose of the negative vote is to point out cheaper prices. Determining what a good deal or a bad deal is up to the community, not moderators. This is what sets OzBargain apart from an editorially controlled bargain site like Dealnews.

I think the community has already decided that this is a bad deal. and common sense says this rep is not likely to post any good bargain apart from SPAM.

Revoked votes can't be reinstated (not technically possible). The onus is on the user to cast their vote correctly. The primary purpose of the negative vote is to show other's that there is a better price elsewhere.
The price beats every other online store but it's still cheaper to buy from the supermarket ($7.11 each regular price). As generally everyone needs to visit the supermarket, this deal isn't good.
I don't want to argue but myshopping doesn't include all the online shops. As mentioned below (http://www.yourdiscountchemist.com.au/)the rep's price doesn't beat every other online store. My point is that a rep should always do his homework before posting "negative" deals(I call it SPAM). If it had been posted from a customer it's a different story. I agree. On the basis of above the above and yourdiscountchemists's price I think this deserves a negative vote.
Shipping will always kill any deal on low price items like this.
