Just moments ago I wanted to reorder my flybuys card since I have lost mine, but after the flybuys website rehashed to a new look, I wasn't able to find the lost and send card button? Ended up calling them. Does anyone now if there's still such a button?
Log into flybuys then select my account - cardholder details - about my card - replace my card then hit request.
Has anyone had trouble getting the new website to display correctly in their web browser. I end up with large white gaps on the screen where there is supposed to be useful information. When I go to activate my offers the offer screen comes up but no message to say that the offers have been activated successfully.
They still have "teething problems" with this stupid new redesign they did on the website last Sunday.
why didnt you ask on the phone?
